A confirmed client appointment counts in the calendar month it is created. Viewing availability never uses an allowance.

Workshop capacity

Only active bays and active mechanics count. Helpers remain included because they support, rather than own, the scheduled work.

Management access

Each plan includes one owner or manager login. Additional management access is £4 per login, per month.
